Before we begin the booking process, I need to know a little more about you and what you’d like during your appointment. This also includes your hair history, your expectations, photos for reference and a thorough understanding of you and your hair before we get started. If you’re hoping to book, you MUST complete a consultation form for ALL color services or any new client unless otherwise stated. Thank you!

CONSULTATION FORM - COLOR/IMAGE ANALYSIS

Starting August 1, 2025, I’ll officially begin offering color analysis, image consulting, and face shape analysis services! Before booking, you’ll complete a quick consultation form to help me understand your background, personal style goals, and gain a general understanding of how to make this service the best for you. My goal is to provide you with an experience that helps you to feel seen, understood, and confident.

Once your consultation form has been reviewed and we’ve discussed what your hair goals are and the amount of time required to make those goals possible, you may proceed to book your appointment. If you have not completed a consultation form, if required, you will not be permitted to schedule. Please understand how important it is for me to have knowledge of what we’re doing and how long it will take so that I can provide you with the best service possible!
